Terms

Cofoun is invite-only. You must be a Manhattan-based founder, the information you provide must be accurate, and your account is personal — don't share it.

• Don't spam, harass, or pitch indiscriminately.
• Don't scrape or copy member data outside the product. The verified network is the whole product.
• Use the AI co-pilot for your own work; don't resell its output as a service.
• Don't impersonate other founders or misrepresent your company.

You own what you post. You give Cofoun a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it within the product. We can remove content that violates these terms.

You can delete your account any time from Settings → Account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and will tell you why.

Cofoun is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim — currently zero.

We may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll notify you in-product before they take effect.
